Live Support from the Comfort of Home
Karissa is currently offering telemedicine calls. After an intake and checking-in on your physical and emotional health she will utilize modalities and suggestions that she feels like you need most to support you during this time. This can include a personalized acupressure protocol, lifestyle & dietary modifications, stretches, essential oil & herbal recommendations and breathing exercises. (It won’t necessarily be everything.)

The cost is $30 for 15 mins, $55 for 30 mins, and $75 for 45 minutes. If you can’t afford these services right now, don’t worry! We are offering five 30 minute calls to those in need. (This is a bit of an “honesty policy”: If this situation is not impacting you financially, we ask that you save a complimentary session for someone who really needs more receiving at this time.)
